Terms of use

Effective November 6, 2026 · Prelaunch experiment

Song Their Way is a prelaunch demand-validation experiment, not a live song-generation service.

Waitlist and preorder intentions

Joining the waitlist allows us to email you about launch. A $9.99 preorder button records nonbinding interest only. We collect no payment details, charge no money, reserve no paid order and create no subscription. You can decide whether to buy when the service launches.

Planned service

Our planned starting price is $14.99, with a free preview before purchase. Song creation in minutes is a development goal, not a delivery guarantee. No songs are generated or delivered during this experiment.

Your submissions

You must have consent and the rights to share names and stories. Do not submit sensitive personal data or copyrighted lyrics. You retain rights to your own submissions. Song Their Way is independent and not affiliated with any artist or record label.

Future service

These terms cover this waitlist experiment. If song creation opens, we will present the service terms before you decide whether to purchase. Joining now creates no obligation to buy.
